South Carolina
The Holiday Festival of Lights, Charleston's most popular holiday event, usually starts in mid-November and runs through January 1. The highlight of the festival is the three mile driving tour through James Island County Park to view more than two million beautiful holiday lights. Other family friendly activities include a walking trail, gift shops, Santa's Sweet Shoppe, train rides, and more.
