Louisiana
Celebration in the Oaks in New Orleans City Park is one of the most spectacular annual holiday light festivals in the country. It begins in mid to late November and runs through January 1, and is a favorite for kids, adults, locals and visitors. The display includes hundreds of thousands of lights and stunning light displays scattered throughout the park, and walkways lined with dozens of decorated Christmas trees.
